Richard A. Long is a Housing Rehabilitation Advocate and principal of C|lo group (pronounced see-low) dedicated to providing information and services for those involved in federally funded housing rehabilitation, which he co-founded with Jocelyn Colclough Long
Mr Long has served in the capacity of Housing Rehabilitaion Specialist/Cost Estimator in various public and private entities for the last twenty years.
His earlier affiliations include the Elizabeth (N.J.) Home Improvement Program, City of Newark (N.J.) Department of Development Division of Housing Assistance and the City of Rahway (N.J) Department of Community Development
Some private consultant work includes Johnson Engineering Incorporated, New Vistas Corporation and Development Directions.
Mr. Long currently holds a Bachelor of Science of Engineering Technology - Construction Management Degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida
