The following represents a basic list of tasks required to fulfill a Bathroom Rehabilitation job.
-Gut out all walls, ceiling and floor as well as remove all existing fixtures and accessories in the bathroom.
-Check the existing drain waste vent lines and supply lines for full functioning capability. Repair and/or replace sections of defective piping with new PVC or copper.
-Supply and install new 5/8" "Green" waterproof gypsum wallboard on all walls and ceiling throughout the bathroom, completely taped, spackled and sanded. Apply two (2) coats of interior latex to all non-tiled surfaces.
-Supply and install new shower door for the tub enclosure.
-Supply and install new water closet, complete with flush valve, tank and seat.
-Supply and install new bathtub, complete with polished chrome pop-up drain/overflow mixing valve, tub filler and 2.6 GPM shower head. Install new faucet.
-Supply and install medicine cabinet, complete with mirror, shelves and stainless steel frame.
-Supply and install new lavatory, complete with overflow, hot and cold valved supplies, faucet and pop-up drain fitting and trap assembly.
-Supply and install new 6" x 8" ceramic tile for the walls (4' from floor) set in cement for the bathroom.
-Supply and install new 8" x 8" ceramic tile set in mortar for the bathroom floor.
-Supply and install new fiberglass tub/shower enclosure.
-Supply and install new lighting fixture and new exhaust fan.
-Supply and install new closet door.
-Supply and install new hollow core entrance door, complete with hardware and proper finishing.
-Supply and install new bathroom accessories
-Supply and install new GFCI outlets as per code.
The above listed specifications require the Owner selects the type and style of materials and coordinates those choices with the Contractor.
