-Upgrade existing service to 150 amp service min. for each unit, including new panel box with circuit breakers and all related code requirements (wiring, outlets, etc.)
-Rewire all existing regular duplex outlets with new Romex wiring (Fished-in) boxes and covers (including GFCI outlets for the kitchen, bathroom and basement)
-Fish-in new heavy duty outlets (for living room, dining room and the kitchen) complete with boxes, covers, Romex, individual circuit connection and proper finishing.
-Rewire the existing light fixtures and wall switches throughout each unit, complete with new fixtures, wiring, boxes and finishing.
